You must be at least 18 years old. You may hold only one account, and the information you provide must be true.

Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, nudity, spam, scams, impersonation and commercial solicitation are not allowed. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Messaging is available between 80%+ matches who crossed paths at the same place. Each match includes 10 messages. Extra messages and avatar outfit changes are earned when invited friends become members. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

You keep ownership of your photos and messages. You give ThumbLove permission to display them within the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

ThumbLove does not run background checks. You are responsible for your interactions, online and in person.

• Account data: name, email, age, gender and match preferences
• Profile data: photos, avatar, interests and survey answers
• Check-ins: the venue and time you chose to check in
• Messages you send to your matches

Only to run ThumbLove: finding crossings, calculating matches, delivering messages and keeping the service safe. We do not sell your personal data.

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Reach us through our contact page.

The ThumbLove name, logo, design and software are protected. Copying, reverse-engineering or reusing them without written permission is prohibited.

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know in the app.
